A Long Winter

This season has been an unusually long winter. I mean, we had snow in February!? Well, a few years ago we had an ice storm in March, which killed my pear tree that i never really gotten over, but the weather didn't stay long. It was immediately hot the next day. For some reason this winter is just dragging. Don't get me wrong, I love winter, but I will hate it if someone gets sick from it. Yes, teagan is sick. Not only her, I'm sick and Tougie is sick. Personally, I think we got it from my sister Christina who was sick last week. I'll never get a sick person to babysit ever again!

Aside from the long winter we are stuck with, and the fact that we're all sick, I'm happy to say that it's allowing me to stay inside. Inside is safe, warm and you just get more done. Laundry is done, but we already have another pile waiting to be wash... PLUS teagan's. Oh, speaking of Teagan, she's been crawling a little over a week now. She's all over the house now, so I think it's time to put up the gates. Inside, I'm cooking, I'm cleaning, and I'm playing games. Inside, I'm reading, I' praying, and I'm sleeping more. On the topic of cooking, I'm running out of cooking ideas. I mean, we eat rice with chicken just about every day, except for the other night where we grilled steak and pork ribs. Tonight, I'm making Chicken Red Curry... or should I do green?

Valentine's Day... I know it's over, but it's still February. I didn't go to church on Valentine's day... no I didn't go on a date with Tougie... I had to go dress shopping with the girls. Anyway, I got some valentine card that I was suppose to give away on Sunday, but didn't get a chance to. SO, dont' be surprised when you get a card from me on Sunday. I dont' want to throw them away... it'll be a waste. Since it's the MONTH OF LOVE, let's let everyday be Valentine's Day.

Well, I should really get back to work now. I just wanted to complain about how long this winter was. Forgive me if you're enjoying the weather...
