I'm finally able to update! I still haven't unpacked, but that's ok for now. At least my house is clean. Anyway, we were in Minnesota this past week, and I have to say the weather was gorgeous. I wish Georgia weather wasn't so breathless. I did have Georgia on my mind though. ;)
Basically we just hung out with the family, and chillax. I'm so sad that I didn't take my camera with me. There was already a load of stuff to carry onto the plane, and I didn't want to carry another heavy bag. Sorry, no pictures. I regret it because we went canoeing! It was fun, and exciting. We canoed 7 miles down the river, and took us about 2-3 hours to get to our destination. We stopped at an island to go swimming. The kids had a great time. I wish I had my camera. :(
My aunt makes the best papaya salad, and pho! I want to go back to visit just for the food. :D
Also, while we were up there, my brother in law had his first baby girl. She is soo cute. She looks like a baby eskimo. I miss her. She was so tiny, yet so big. Kinsley Audrina Xiong... hmong name is kaab lab. 9 lbs and 22 inches.
MN was fun... i miss it.
------------------------------
As for my Dlejsab, she still crawling. No, not walking yet. Poor girl is too scared. Baby chicken, we call her. :D Such a big girl now, or should I say big baby? I guess she's not ready for it yet. She loves the safety zone, which is fine with me.
TMI -- Teagan suffers from constipation. It breaks my heart, because I have to be the one digging her poop out from that tiny hole. It bleeds, and I can't do anything about it! It's a regular cycle. Someone please pray for this to end! I changed her milk from regular whole to 2% Lactaid brand, but it's not the milk. I'm now giving her more water, more juice, more veggies, and more fruits. I have to mix miralax in her milk every other day, which i hate doing b/c i don't want to depend on it all the time.
Aside from all the bad news, teagan's vocabulary is expanding. She knows that if she doesn't say "please" then she won't get anything. It's so cute when she says it... "peas" is how she says it. She likes to pretend to talk on the phone, and when I ask her who she's talking to, she says, "dada". When she sees the phone, she wants to pick it up and call "dada". I enjoy small talking with teagan b/c she understands me, and I understand her. =D
Teagan knows that her name is Dlejsab. When it's time to go "outside", she knows to put her shoes on. She think she's too smart for walking. I still try everyday to make her walk, but she refuses. I won't force her until she's ready, because one day it will catch up. She calls me "bad" when I make her walk. lol
------------------
I could go on forever about my baby, and I wish I could, but who's interested? LoL -- Hope you all have a good day. God bless.
bye, as teagan would say when it's time to leave.
aww, it's ok if she's not walking yet. It will catch up to you and you would wish she was still just crawling! I'm glad you enjoyed your time in MN! It's so nice to be around family! Leah also says "peas" for please. It's the cutest thing and it melts my heart too. haha. I bet Teagan's talking a lot They are either a fast walker or talker! I miss you guys!
